Charleston County Warrant Records Charleston County Warrant Records

Contact the office that holds the record. Start with your court paper. The Charleston County Sheriff’s Warrants Unit can check process it received, the Clerk of Court can route Circuit Court questions, and the issuing magistrate or municipal clerk can explain lower-court records. A public-record request goes to the agency maintaining the document, with a separate route for case status. Keep the paper, case number, and court name nearby. Ask what the office can confirm before sharing personal details.

Private reference site. This office is not connected with a court or law-enforcement agency. We cannot search a live warrant system, take payment, arrange surrender, recall process, or provide legal advice. Those actions belong to the Sheriff’s Warrants Unit, the issuing court, or a lawyer.
